- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. major holidays). Processing time includes order verification, payment confirmation, and preparation for shipment.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time (3–7 business days). You will be notified of any delays in processing your order via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
- We currently offer shipping to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international countries. To check if we ship to your location, please enter your shipping address during checkout.
- For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect these fees at checkout, and they may be assessed by your local customs office upon delivery.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility
- U.S. domestic orders over $50 qualify for free Standard Shipping.
- Shipping costs for all other orders are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Order Tracking

6. Shipping Address Changes

- Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
- For U.S. domestic orders: If your package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please allow 48 hours for potential delays in delivery (e.g., left with a neighbor, held at a local post office). If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to file a claim.
- For international orders: We are not liable for packages lost or detained by customs. If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
- We reserve the right to require proof of non-delivery before issuing a refund or reshipping the order.
8. Packaging & Insurance
- All jewelry is carefully packaged in a protective gift box or dust bag to ensure safe delivery.
- U.S. orders shipped via Expedited or Overnight methods include complimentary shipping insurance. For Standard Shipping, insurance is available for an additional fee at checkout.
- International orders include basic shipping insurance. For high-value items, we recommend selecting Expedited Shipping for enhanced insurance coverage.

- During peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), processing and shipping times may be extended by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date.
